Boracay looks like this as of this moment. Green is the new blue, or white, depending on whether you’re referring to the sand or the waters. It is perfectly clear to everyone on the beach that something HAS to be done, but everyone simply ignores the gelatinous overgrowth, and proceeds to swim a little farther from the shore.
